I was a very reluctant convert to Christianity. As a college student, I was drawn to the religions that allowed me to be in charge of my own destiny. But a very good friend in high school challenged me to take a serious look at Jesus Christ.  Being a science and math enthusiast, I approached my research of Christianity in a logical and analytical way.  When I was 20, God used Josh McDowell’s Evidence That Demands a Verdict to break down every argument I had against the faith, and I finally surrendered to Jesus as my Lord and Savior. That was the best decision I ever made. God gave me a passion for His Word that has stayed with me for almost 50 years. Throughout my life I have been involved in discipleship groups and Bible studies at our home and in church. I have been blessed to interact with many people through the years and converse about the Word of God. My greatest joy in life is to help others understand the Bible more clearly. I am honored to teach the truth of the Scriptures as long as I am able. 

My amazing wife, Tarrin, has walked beside me through all my adult life, and together we have raised seven wonderful children in this beautiful part of the country.
